SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 48 hours from the time of receipt, except for weekends and federal US holidays.  If we experience high volume orders, there may be delays in shipment.  In addition, there may be delays at certain times of the year.  Please review FedEx for further information on any delays they may be experiencing.

​​You may choose to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery at an additional charge. Delivery times for 2 day shipping are based on the business day that we download your order. Please make sure to allow for a two-day processing time when placing your order (see above table for details).

The Smelly Good Co. uses FedEx for shipping and is only able to ship to one shipping address per order.  For shipping to multiple addresses, please place individual orders per each address.

Ground

Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days.

2 Day Shipping

Items are delivered by the end of the second business day. Packages will arrive by 5:00 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
